SignalStack allows traders to cancel their paid subscription plan anytime. Whether they are exploring new strategies, taking a break, or making plan adjustments.
In this documentation, we will explore the steps to cancel the paid subscription plan.

Step 1: Sign in to your SignalStack account, navigate to the Account & Billing section, and click on the “Manage subscriptions” button.
This will navigate to the new window for updating your subscription plan.
Step 2: Click on the “Cancel Plan” from the right of the page.
Step 3: A new window will appear for plan cancellation. Click Cancel Plan to proceed.
Step 4: A popup window will appear for selecting the reason for cancellation. After making your selection, click the 'Submit' button.
Your current plan will be canceled.
NOTE: Signal access will be retained until the current plan period expires, and it's important to note that no refunds will be issued.
