By integrating Bybit with SignalStack, the incoming alerts from the Signal Source platforms like TrendSpider can be automatically converted into executed orders in your Bybit trading account without the need to code any instruction.
This documentation will explore the steps to connect Bybit with SignalStack to enable automated trading.

Connecting Bybit
After creating a SignalStack account or signing in to your existing account, you will need to select the Signal Source from where you want to capture the alerts to be converted into executed orders in your "Bybit" trading account.
Once you have selected the Signal Source, select Bybit from the list of brokers and exchanges to connect to SignalStack. After that, you will need to generate your API credentials from your Bybit account and paste the keys into the designated field to establish the connection.
Generating API Keys
Step 1: Sign in to your Bybit account, click on the Profile icon from the top, and select API from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Click on the 'Create New Key' button on the right side of the API Management page.
Step 3: While creating a new API key, Bybit provides you with two types to generate an API key
- System-generated API Keys: The API key generated by the Bybit system operates with HMAC encryption. You will be provided with a pair of public and private keys. Please treat this pair of keys as passwords and keep them safe.
- Self-generated API Keys: Self-generated API keys operate with RSA encryption. You must create your public and private keys through the software, and then only provide the public key to Bybit, never hold your private key..API v3 and v5 are currently supported.
You can select any of the above options and proceed ahead.
Step 4: Define API Key Usage and API Key permissions.
- API Key Usage:Â API Transaction
- API Key Permissions: Read-Write
- Only IPs with permissions must be recommended
Step 5: The traders will need to select the Bybit trading account for which they want to generate the API key. Bybit offers four distinct types of trading accounts.
- Spot Trading account
- Derivative Contract account
- USDC Contract account
- Copy Trading account

Step 6: Once you have successfully generated and pasted the API keys, hit the Continue button.
Step 7: Your Bybit trading accounts will be connected with SignalStack.
